WHEN WILL MY DEPOSIT BE REFUNDED?
The security deposit is returned at the end of the rental within one working day, or immediately at the end of the rental if the deposit was paid in cash.
CAN I PICK UP AND RETURN MY CAR ANYWHERE?
We allow the car to be picked up and returned to a location of the customer's choosing, if agreed upon during the booking process.
WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE FOR COLLECTING AND RETURNING THE CAR?
Pickup and drop-off operations are formalized through delivery and collection reports, which are drawn up on-site, in the presence of the customer.
