WHEN WILL MY DEPOSIT BE REFUNDED?
The security deposit is returned at the end of the rental within one working day, or immediately at the end of the rental if the deposit was paid in cash.
CAN I PICK UP AND RETURN THE CAR ANYWHERE?
We allow the collection and return of the car at a place chosen by the customer, if agreed upon during the booking phase.
WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE FOR COLLECTING AND RETURNING THE CAR?
The collection and return operations are formalized through delivery and collection reports, which are drawn up on site, in the presence of the customer.
