HOW DOES THE BOOKING PROCESS WORK?
Confirmation of the reservation is subject to payment of the reservation amount to the account number indicated in the contract.
CAN I CANCEL MY RESERVATION?
Cancellation of the reservation is possible up to 72 hours before collection of the rental vehicle.
WHAT DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED FOR A RESERVATION?
For the rental the following are required: an identity document, a valid driving license and a nominative bank account from which the contractual amount will be paid.
CAN I INCREASE THE TRAVEL LIMIT?
Notifying you when booking that you expect to exceed the mileage limit allows for a more favorable assessment.
